Ingredients:
– 500g boneless chicken, cut into bite-sized pieces
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 1 capsicum, diced
– 2-3 green chillies, chopped
– 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp vinegar
– 1 tsp red chilli powder
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 2 tbsp tomato ketchup
– 1/4 cup cornflour
– Oil for frying
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Recipe:
1. Marinate the chicken with ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, vinegar, red chilli powder, black pepper, and salt. Let it sit for 30 minutes.
2. Heat oil in a pan and fry the marinated chicken pieces until golden brown. Set aside.
3. In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed and sauté the onions, green chillies, and capsicum until they are slightly softened.
4. Add the fried chicken to the pan and mix well.
5. In a small bowl, mix the cornflour with a little water to make a paste, and then add it to the pan.
6. Stir in the tomato ketchup and soy sauce and cook for a few more minutes until the gravy thickens.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with steamed rice or naan.
