kuchchida kadubu recipe | ಕುಚ್ಚಿದ ಕಡುಬು is one of the popular festival recipes of north Karnataka . prepared during nagarapanchami , and ganapathii habba as well. Made with wheat flour dough(kakana) and bele hurna (sweet dal stuffing like holige filling) then it is cooked in boiling water. Tastes best when it is hot. For the kanaka (dough) whole wheat flour salt around 1/4 cup water For the filling: togari bele /toor dal grated fresh coconut jaggery (more or less) cardamom powder
