Homemade Crunchy Moong Dal Namkeen Recipe

Microwave Roasted Moong Dal:
1. Soak the moong dal in water for 2-3 hours, then drain and spread it on a kitchen towel to remove excess moisture.
2. Place the drained moong dal in a microwave-safe plate and microwave for 4-5 minutes, stirring every minute, until it becomes crisp and golden.
3. In a separate small bowl, mix the salt, red chili powder, turmeric powder, chaat masala, amchur, black salt, and hing.
