– 1 tbsp oil
– 1 tbsp garlic, finely chopped
– 1 tbsp ginger, finely chopped
– 2-3 green chilies, slit
– 1/4 cup spring onions, chopped
– 1 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp chili sauce
– 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
– 1/2 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 tsp sugar
– 1/2 cup water
– 1 tbsp cornflour mixed with 2 tbsp water
– Salt to taste

Recipe:
– In a bowl, mix the all-purpose flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, black pepper, and salt. Add water as required to make a thick batter.
