Ingredients:
– 500g minced meat (mutton or beef)
– 1 cup gram flour (besan)
– 500g yoghurt
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 green chilies, finely chopped
– 1 teaspoon ginger paste
– 1 teaspoon garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon cumin powder
– 1 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– Salt to taste
– Oil for frying
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Recipe:
– In a bowl, mix the minced meat with half of the finely chopped onions, ginger paste, garlic paste, green chilies, cumin powder, coriander powder, turmeric powder, and salt.
– Shape the mixture into small round balls and set aside.
– In another bowl, whisk the gram flour with water to make a smooth batter.
– Heat oil in a deep frying pan and dip each meat ball into the gram flour batter before frying until golden brown. Drain on paper towels and set aside.
– In a separate bowl, whisk the yoghurt with the remaining chopped onions, green chilies, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt to make a smooth yoghurt sauce.
– Gently place the fried meat balls into the yoghurt sauce and let it simmer on low heat for 10-15 minutes.
– Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
