Arbi Ki Chatpati Masala Sabzi

Today, I’m excited to share with you a flavorful and spicy dish called Arbi Ki Chatpati Masala Sabzi. This dish is perfect for those who love the combination of tangy and spicy flavors in their meals.

Ingredients:
– 500g Arbi (colocasia root)
– 2 tbsp oil
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 1 medium-sized onion, finely chopped
– 1 green chili, finely chopped
– 1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– 1/2 tsp red chili powder
– 1/2 tsp amchur (dried mango powder)
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Recipe:
1. Wash and peel the Arbi, and then cut them into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once they start to crackle, add the finely chopped onion and green chili.
3. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown, and then add ginger-garlic paste. Cook for 2-3 minutes.
4. Add the Arbi pieces to the pan and mix well. Cook for 5-7 minutes or until the Arbi is slightly browned.
5. Add coriander powder, turmeric powder, red chili powder, amchur, and salt. Mix thoroughly.
6. Cover the pan and let the Arbi cook for another 10-12 minutes on low heat, stirring occasionally.
7. Once the Arbi is cooked through, garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.
