– Red chili powder – 1 tbsp
– Turmeric powder – 1 tsp
– Coriander powder – 1 tbsp
– Garam masala – 1 tsp
– Fresh coriander leaves – for garnish
– Oil – 4 tbsp
– Salt – to taste

Recipe:
1. Clean the sheep trotters thoroughly and drain the water.
2. Heat oil in a pressure cooker and add the chopped onions. Sauté until they turn golden brown.
3. Add the ginger-garlic paste and green chilies, and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
5. Add the cleaned sheep trotters and mix well. Cook for 5 minutes.
6. Add red chili powder, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well.
7. Whisk the curd and add it to the cooker. Cook for 5 minutes.
8. Add water and pressure cook for 4-5 whistles, or until the trotters are tender.
9. Once the pressure is released, open the cooker and simmer the curry until it reaches the desired consistency.
10. Sprinkle garam masala and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
