Ingredients:
– 1 cup boiled and mashed potatoes
– 1/2 cup boiled and mashed mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, corn)
– 1/4 cup finely chopped onions
– 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
– 1/2 teaspoon ginger-garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt to taste
– 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
– 1/2 cup bread crumbs
– Oil for deep frying

Recipe:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the mashed potatoes, mixed vegetables, onions, green chilies, ginger-garlic paste, garam masala, salt, and red chili powder.
2. Mix the ingredients well and divide the mixture into small, equal-sized portions.
3. Roll each portion into a ball and then shape it into a lollipop by gently pressing a popsicle stick into the center.
4. Roll the lollipop in bread crumbs, ensuring an even coating on all sides.
5. Heat oil in a deep pan and carefully place the lollipops into the hot oil.
6. Fry the lollipops until they turn golden brown and crispy, then remove them from the oil and place them on a paper towel to drain any excess oil.
7. Serve the Veg Lollipops hot with your favorite dipping sauce or chutney.
