– 4 large green capsicums

– 1/2 tsp garam masala

Recipe:

2. Cut the tops off the capsicums and remove the seeds.

6. Stuff the capsicums with the paneer mixture and place them in a baking dish.
7. Bake for 20-25 minutes or until the capsicums are tender and the tops are slightly charred.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
