Aval Biryani Recipe Ingredients: Beaten Rice – 150 gms Ghee – 2 tbsp Oil – 1 tbsp Onion – 2 thinly sliced Green chilli – 1 Beans – 100 gms Carrot – 100 gms Peas – 50 gms Ginger & garlic paste – 1 tsp Salt to taste Chilli powder – 1 tsp Garam Masala powder – 1 tsp Tomato – 1 Water – 1 cup Coconut Milk – 2 tbsp A few Coriander leaves
A few Mint leaves
Method 1. In a pan add Ghee & oil, Saute the Onion & Green chilli. 2. Once Onion get transparent, add Beans, Carrot, Peas, Ginger & garlic paste, Tomatoes and saute the vegetables. 3. Add Salt, Chilli powder & Garam Masala powder, gently mix it to the vegetables. 4. Close it let it cook for about 5 to 10 minutes. 5. Wash the Beaten Rice just before adding it. 6. Add Beaten Rice, water, coconut milk, A few Coriander leaves & A few Mint leaves, mix it.
7. Add Cook it till all the water absorbs & beaten rice cooked.
