Ingredients:
For the Egg Filling:
3 eggs
1 onion, finely chopped
1 green chili, finely chopped
1 teaspoon chaat masala
1 teaspoon cumin powder
1 teaspoon coriander powder
Salt to taste
2 tablespoons oil

For the Paratha Wrap:
2 cups all-purpose flour
Water
Salt to taste
Oil for cooking

Recipe:
To make the Egg Filling:
1. Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a pan and add the finely chopped onion. Sauté until golden brown.
2. Add the green chili and sauté for another minute.
3. Crack the eggs into the pan and scramble them with the onions and chili.
4. Add the chaat masala, cumin powder, coriander powder, and salt. Mix well and cook until the eggs are fully cooked.
5. Remove from heat and set aside.

To make the Paratha Wrap:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the all-purpose flour, salt, and water to form a soft dough.
2. Divide the dough into equal-sized balls and roll them into thin circles.
3. Cook the parathas on a hot griddle, brushing with oil on both sides, until golden brown.

Assembling the Egg Roll:
1. Place a portion of the egg filling onto the center of a paratha.
2. Roll the paratha tightly around the filling, securing the ends with a piece of parchment paper.
3. Serve hot with your choice of chutney or ketchup.
