– 1 tsp garam masala
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

For the Poori:
– 2 cups whole wheat flour
– Water, as needed
– Oil for frying
– Salt to taste

Recipe:
Chole:
1. Soak the chickpeas overnight and pressure cook them until soft.
2. In a pan, heat oil and add cumin seeds, onions, and green chilies. Saute until onions turn golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and tomatoes, and cook until the tomatoes are soft and mushy.
4. Add the cooked chickpeas, turmeric powder, red chili powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well and cook for 10 minutes.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.

Poori:
1. In a large bowl, mix the whole wheat flour and salt. Slowly add water and knead into a soft dough.
2. Divide the dough into small balls and roll them out into small circles.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan and fry the pooris until they puff up and turn golden brown.
