Recipe:
1. Wash and dry the Indian Gooseberries (Nellikai) and cut them into small pieces.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, fenugreek seeds, and a pinch of asafoetida.
3. Add the chopped Amla and sauté until they turn soft.
4. Add red chillies, turmeric powder, and salt to taste. Mix well.

6. Once the Amla is cooked, add jaggery to balance the flavors.
