Shahi Paneer Recipe

Recipe:

– Heat ghee in a pan and add cumin seeds. Once the seeds start to splutter, add the finely chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
– Add the ginger-garlic paste and cook for another minute.
– Stir in the tomato puree and cook until the ghee starts to separate.
– Add the cashew nut paste, red chili powder, turmeric powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
– Gently add the paneer cubes and mix to coat them with the masala.
– Finally, add the fresh cream and salt to taste. Cook for another 2-3 minutes on low heat.
– Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
