Ingredients:
– 1 cup milk
– 2 tbsp sugar
– 1/4 tsp cardamom powder
– 1/4 tsp fennel seeds
– 1/4 tsp rose water
– 10-15 saffron strands
– 5-6 almonds, chopped
– 5-6 pistachios, chopped
– 1/2 tsp black peppercorns
– 1/2 tsp whole poppy seeds
– 1/2 tsp melon seeds
– 1/2 tsp dried rose petals
– 1 tsp bhang (optional)
– Ice cubes (for serving)

Thandai Recipe:
1. In a blender, combine milk, sugar, cardamom powder, fennel seeds, rose water, saffron strands, chopped almonds, chopped pistachios, black peppercorns, poppy seeds, melon seeds, and dried rose petals.
2. Blend the mixture until smooth and creamy.
3. Strain the Thandai mixture to remove any coarse particles and transfer it to a serving jug.
4. Add bhang to the Thandai mixture if desired and mix well.
5. Serve the Thandai over ice cubes and garnish with additional saffron strands, almonds, and pistachios.
