– 2 cups whole wheat flour

– 1/2 tsp sugar
– 1/2 cup yogurt

Recipe:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine the whole wheat flour, all-purpose flour, salt, ghee, and sugar.
2. Slowly add in the warm water and yogurt, and mix to form a soft dough.
3. Knead the dough for 5-7 minutes until it becomes smooth and elastic.
4. Cover the dough with a damp cloth and let it rest for 30 minutes.
