How To Make Dragon Chicken

Ingredients:
– 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast
– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of cornstarch
– 1 tablespoon of honey
– 1 teaspoon of sesame oil
– 1 teaspoon of minced garlic
– 1 teaspoon of minced ginger
– 1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
– 1/4 cup of green onions, chopped
– 2 tablespoons of vegetable oil
– 1/4 cup of water
– Salt and pepper to taste

Instructions:
1. Begin by cutting the chicken breast into small bite-sized pieces and season with salt and pepper.
2. In a small bowl, mix together the soy sauce and cornstarch until well combined. This will be used as a marinade for the chicken.
3. In a large skillet, heat the vegetable oil over medium-high heat. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are golden brown and cooked through.
4. In a separate small bowl, mix together the honey, sesame oil, minced garlic, minced ginger, and red pepper flakes. Pour this mixture over the cooked chicken and stir well to coat.
5. Add the water to the skillet and allow the chicken to simmer in the sauce for a few minutes until it thickens.
6. Once the sauce has thickened, remove the skillet from the heat and sprinkle the green onions over the top.
7. Serve the Dragon Chicken over steamed rice and enjoy!
