Ingredients:

1 cup Soyabean chunks
1/4 cup Cornflour
1/4 cup All-purpose flour
1 Onion, chopped
1 Bell pepper, chopped
2-3 Green chilies, slit
1 tbsp Ginger-garlic paste
2 tbsp Soy sauce
1 tbsp Chili sauce
1 tbsp Tomato ketchup
1/2 tsp Vinegar
1/2 tsp Black pepper powder
1/2 tsp Red chili powder
1/2 tsp Sugar
Salt to taste
Oil for deep frying
Chopped spring onions for garnish

Instructions:

Start by soaking the Soyabean chunks in hot water for about 10-15 minutes. Then, drain and squeeze out the excess water from the Soyabean chunks.
In a bowl, mix the cornflour and all-purpose flour. Add the Soyabean chunks to the bowl and coat them well with the flour mixture.
Heat oil in a pan and deep fry the coated Soyabean chunks until they turn crispy and golden brown. Remove them from the oil and set aside.
