Welcome to the Home Cooking Show! Today, I am excited to share with you a mouthwatering recipe for Paneer Pepper Masala. This dish is a perfect combination of the rich and creamy texture of paneer and the spicy kick of pepper, making it a comforting and flavorful meal for any occasion.

Ingredients:

– 250g paneer, cubed
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 tomatoes, pureed
– 1 green bell pepper, diced
– 1 tablespoon ginger-garlic paste
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon black pepper powder
– 1 teaspoon coriander powder
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
– 2 tablespoons oil
– 1 teaspoon kasuri methi (dried fenugreek leaves)

Recipe:

1. In a pan, heat the oil and add cumin seeds. Once they start to sizzle, add the chopped onion and sauté until golden brown.
2. Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a minute, then add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
3. Add the diced bell pepper and cook for a few minutes until it softens.
4. Sprinkle in the turmeric, coriander powder, black pepper powder, and garam masala. Stir well to combine the spices with the vegetables.
5. Gently add the cubed paneer and mix carefully to avoid breaking the pieces. Let the paneer cook for 5-7 minutes, allowing it to absorb the flavors of the masala.
6. Finish by adding salt to taste and kasuri methi, then garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving.

I hope you enjoy making and savoring this Paneer Pepper Masala recipe as much as I do! It’s a delightful dish that brings together the best of Indian flavors and is sure to become a favorite in your home cooking repertoire.
