Recipe:

3. Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
4. Meanwhile, in a separate bowl, whisk the yogurt and add it to the masala. Stir continuously to prevent the yogurt from curdling.
5. Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
