Ingredients:
– 6 slices of bread
– 2 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
– 1 large onion, finely chopped
– 1 large tomato, finely chopped
– 1 small green chili, finely chopped
– 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– 1/2 teaspoon red chili powder
– Salt to taste
– Butter for toasting
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
– Mint chutney and tomato ketchup for serving

Recipe:
