Sunday Cooking Vlog Full Day Brinda Samayal New Ear Ring Collectons

Ingredients:

– 2 cups of basmati rice
– 1 cup of toor dal
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2 tomatoes, pureed
– 1 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
– 1 tsp of turmeric powder
– 1 tsp of red chili powder
– 1 tsp of garam masala
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Recipes:

1. Start the day with a hearty breakfast of Masala Dosa and piping hot filter coffee – the perfect way to kickstart a lazy Sunday.

2. For lunch, I’ll be preparing a traditional South Indian meal of Sambar Rice and Potato Fry with a side of crispy papad and tangy pickle.

3. In the evening, indulge in a tea-time snack with my special recipe for Medhu Vada served with coconut chutney.

4. And finally, for dinner, relish the flavors of Chennai with a delectable Chicken Biryani and Raita.
