– Grated coconut: 1/2 cup

– Curry leaves: a handful
– Turmeric powder: 1/2 tsp
– Salt: to taste
– Oil: 2 tbsp

Recipe:
1. Wash the lady’s fingers and pat them dry. Trim the ends and slice them into thin rounds.
2. Heat oil in a pan and add the sliced lady’s fingers. Sprinkle a pinch of turmeric powder and sauté until they turn crispy. Remove from the pan and keep aside.
