– Today, I’m sharing a mouthwatering Netholi Mulaku Curry recipe that will transport your taste buds to the South Indian coastal region.

Ingredients:
– 500g Netholi (Anchovy)
– 2 tbsp coconut oil
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 2-3 green chilies, slit
– 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 2 tsp red chili powder
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1 tomato, finely chopped
– 1 sprig curry leaves
– Salt to taste
– Water
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Recipe:
1. Clean and wash the Netholi, then set aside.
2. Heat coconut oil in a pan and add chopped onions. Sauté until golden brown.
3. Add slit green chilies and ginger-garlic paste. Sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and coriander powder. Mix well.
5. Add finely chopped tomatoes and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
6. Add the cleaned Netholi to the masala and mix gently to coat the fish with the spices.
7. Pour in enough water to cover the fish and bring it to a gentle boil.
8. Add salt to taste and curry leaves. Cover and cook for 10-15 minutes on low heat.
9. Once the fish is cooked and the gravy has thickened, remove from heat.
10. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
