5. Once cooked, allow the pressure to release naturally, then open the lid and mash the peas lightly with a spoon.
6. In a serving plate, arrange the boiled and cubed potatoes.
7. Top the potatoes with the cooked peas, chopped onions, tomatoes, and green chili.
8. Drizzle tamarind chutney over the mixture and sprinkle chaat masala and red chili powder on top.
