Ingredients:
– 1 kg chicken, cut into pieces
– 1 cup yogurt
– 1 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– 1 tsp garam masala
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 cup cashew nuts, soaked in water
– 2 large onions, finely chopped
– 4 tomatoes, pureed
– 1 cup butter
– 1 cup cream
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Recipe:
1. Marinate the chicken pieces in yogurt, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, garam masala, and turmeric powder for at least 2 hours.
2. In a blender, blend the soaked cashew nuts to a smooth paste and set aside.
3. Heat 1/2 cup of butter in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
4. Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates from the masala.
5. Add the marinated chicken to the pan and cook until it is tender.
6. Once the chicken is cooked, add the cashew nut paste and mix well.
7. Add the remaining butter and cream to the pan, stirring until the gravy thickens.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with naan or rice.
