2 tablespoons oil
3-4 garlic cloves, minced
1 green chili, finely chopped
1 onion, finely chopped
1 bell pepper, finely chopped
2 spring onions, finely chopped
2 tablespoons soy sauce
1 tablespoon chili sauce
1 tablespoon ketchup
1 teaspoon vinegar
1 teaspoon sugar
Salt to taste
1 tablespoon cornflour slurry (1 tablespoon cornflour mixed with 2 tablespoons water)

Garnish:
2-3 spring onions, chopped
1 tablespoon sesame seeds

Instructions:
Prepare the Cauliflower:
In a bowl, mix all-purpose flour, cornflour, ginger-garlic paste, red chili powder, soy sauce, and salt with some water to make a smooth batter.
Dip the cauliflower florets in the batter, ensuring they are well coated.
Heat oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower florets until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.

Prepare the Sauce:
In a separate pan, heat oil and add minced garlic and green chili. Sauté for a minute.
Add the chopped onion, bell pepper, and spring onions. Cook until the vegetables are slightly tender.
