– 1 tablespoon ghee
– A pinch of asafoetida (hing)
– 10-12 curry leaves

2. Gradually add water while stirring to make a lump-free mixture
3. In a large pot, heat ghee and add cumin seeds, mustard seeds, and asafoetida
4. Add turmeric powder, red chili powder, and curry leaves, and stir for a few seconds
5. Pour the chickpea flour and yogurt mixture into the pot and stir continuously to avoid lumps
6. Add salt to taste and bring the mixture to a boil, then simmer for 15-20 minutes
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves before serving
