Ingredients:
– 500g chicken breast, cubed
– 2 tbsp soy sauce
– 1 tbsp chili sauce
– 1 tbsp vinegar
– 1 tsp ginger garlic paste
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp black pepper
– 1/2 cup cornflour
– 1/4 cup all-purpose flour
– 2 eggs, beaten
– 2 tbsp vegetable oil
– 1 onion, sliced
– 1 bell pepper, sliced
– 2 green chilies, chopped
– 2 tbsp honey
– 1/4 cup ketchup
– 1/4 cup water
– 1 tbsp sesame seeds (optional)
– 1 spring onion, chopped for garnish

Instructions:
1. In a bowl, mix the cubed chicken with soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, ginger garlic paste, salt, and black pepper. Marinate for 15-20 minutes.
2. In a separate bowl, mix the cornflour and all-purpose flour. Dip the marinated chicken in the beaten eggs, then coat with the flour mixture.
3. Heat the vegetable oil in a pan over medium-high heat. Fry the coated chicken until golden and crispy. Remove from the pan and set aside.
4. In the same pan, add a little more oil if needed. Sauté the sliced onion, bell pepper, and green chilies until slightly softened.
5. Add the honey, ketchup, and water to the pan. Stir well to combine. Let the sauce simmer for a few minutes until slightly thickened.
6. Add the fried chicken to the pan and toss to coat in the sauce. Sprinkle with sesame seeds if using.
7. Garnish with chopped spring onion and serve hot with steamed rice or noodles.
