Ingredients

200g paneer, cut into cubes
1 onion, finely chopped
1 tomato, finely chopped
2 green chilies, finely chopped
1 tsp cumin seeds
1 tsp ginger-garlic paste
1 tsp turmeric powder
1 tsp red chili powder
1 tsp cumin powder
1 tsp coriander powder
1 tsp garam masala
Salt to taste
Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
2 tbsp oil

Recipe

Heat the oil in a pan and add the cumin seeds. Once they start to crackle, add the chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
Add the ginger-garlic paste and sauté for another minute.
Add the chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn mushy.
Add the turmeric powder, red chili powder, cumin powder, coriander powder, and garam masala. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
