Ingredients:

– Water as needed

– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1 teaspoon garam masala
– 1 teaspoon dried mango powder (amchur)
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves, chopped

For cooking:
– Ghee or oil as required

Instructions:
1. Prepare the dough by combining whole wheat flour, salt, and water. Knead the dough until it’s smooth and pliable. Let it rest for 15-20 minutes.
2. Boil the green peas until they are tender. Drain and mash them coarsely.
3. In a pan, heat some oil and add cumin seeds. Once they splutter, add chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn golden brown.
4. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook until the raw smell disappears.
