– 1-2 tbsp oil
– 1 tsp cumin seeds

– 1 inch ginger (grated)
Recipe:
– In a deep pan, boil water and add salt, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, green chilies, and grated ginger.
– Once the water comes to a boil, slowly add the rice flour while continuously stirring to avoid any lumps.
– Lower the heat and keep stirring to form a thick, smooth mixture. Add oil and mix well.
– Let it cook for 7-8 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the mixture thickens and forms a soft dough-like consistency.
– Once done, remove from heat and let it cool for a few minutes.
– Take a small portion of the mixture and roll it into a smooth, round ball using greased hands.
– Serve hot with a drizzle of oil and your choice of chutney or pickle.
