– 2-3 green chilies, finely chopped
– 2 tbsp Pav Bhaji masala
– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– 1/2 tsp red chili powder
– Salt to taste
– Butter
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish
– Pav (bread rolls)

Recipe:
1. In a pressure cooker, add the mashed potatoes, cauliflower, carrots, and green peas. Add some water and pressure cook for 2-3 whistles.
2. In a separate pan, melt some butter and sauté the onions until they turn golden brown.
3. Add the ginger, garlic, and green chilies, and sauté for a few minutes.
4. Add the finely chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
5. Add the Pav Bhaji masala, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and salt. Mix well and cook for a few minutes.
