Ingredients:
– 4 medium potatoes, boiled and mashed
– 1 small onion, finely chopped
– 1 green chilli, finely chopped
– 1/2 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1/2 teaspoon red chilli powder
– Salt to taste
– 8 slices of bread
– 4 slices of cheese
– Butter for toasting
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Recipe:
1. In a bowl, mix the mashed potatoes, chopped onion, green chilli, cumin seeds, turmeric powder, red chilli powder, and salt.
2. Take two slices of bread and spread a generous amount of the potato mixture on one slice and top it with a slice of cheese.
3. Place the other slice of bread on top to make a sandwich.
4. In a pan, melt some butter and place the sandwich. Cook until golden brown on both sides.
5. Once done, remove from the pan and cut the sandwich into halves or quarters.
6. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with ketchup or chutney.
