For the Chili Sauce:
2 tbsp oil
1 onion, chopped
1 capsicum, chopped
2 green chilies, chopped
2 tbsp soy sauce
1 tbsp red chili sauce
1 tbsp tomato ketchup
1 tsp vinegar
1 tsp sugar
1/2 cup water
Salt to taste

Instructions:
Start by preparing the Gobi. In a bowl, mix together the all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, red chili powder, and salt. Add a little water to make a thick batter.
Dip each cauliflower floret into the batter, making sure it is well coated. Heat oil in a pan and fry the cauliflower until golden brown and crispy. Remove and set aside.
In a separate pan, heat 2 tbsp of oil. Add the chopped onions, capsicum, and green chilies. Saute until the vegetables are slightly tender.
Add soy sauce, red chili sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, sugar, and salt. Mix well and cook for a minute.
Pour in the water and let the sauce come to a simmer. Add the fried cauliflower to the sauce and toss until well coated.
