Ingredients for Chicken Curry:
– 1 lb of chicken, cut into pieces
– 2 onions, finely chopped
– 2 tomatoes, pureed
– 2 tsp of ginger-garlic paste
– 1 tsp of cumin seeds
– 1 tsp of turmeric powder
– 2 tsp of red chili powder
– 1 tsp of garam masala
– 1/2 cup of coconut milk
– Salt, to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves, for garnish
– 2 tbsp of oil

Instructions for Chicken Curry:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add cumin seeds.
2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste and cook for a few minutes.
4. Add the tomato puree, turmeric powder, red chili powder, and garam masala. Cook until the oil separates.
5. Add the chicken pieces and coat them well with the masala.
6. Add coconut milk, salt, and a cup of water. Cover and cook until the chicken is tender.
7. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with rice or naan.

– Salt, to taste
– Fresh curry leaves
– 2 tbsp of oil

Instructions for Chicken Salna:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add fennel seeds.
2. Add the chopped onions and sauté until transparent.
3. Add ginger-garlic paste, green chilies, and curry leaves. Cook for a few minutes.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes, turmeric powder, coriander powder, and black pepper powder. Cook until the tomatoes are mushy.
5. Add the chicken pieces and coat them well with the masala.
6. Add a cup of water, salt, and simmer until the chicken is cooked through.
7. Serve hot with parathas or dosa.
