Ingredients:
– 1 lb. of beef sirloin, thinly sliced
– 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
– 1 onion, diced
– 3 cloves of garlic, minced
– 1 red bell pepper, sliced
– 1 green bell pepper, sliced
– 2 tbsp. of soy sauce
– 2 tbsp. of hoisin sauce
– 1 tbsp. of chili paste
– 1 tsp. of sesame oil
– 1/2 cup of beef broth
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Cooked rice for serving

Recipe:
1. Heat the vegetable oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat.
2. Add the beef sirloin and cook until browned, then remove from the skillet and set aside.
3. In the same skillet, add the onion and garlic, and cook until softened and fragrant.
4. Add the red and green bell peppers, and cook until slightly tender.
5. Return the beef to the skillet, and stir in the soy sauce, hoisin sauce, chili paste, sesame oil, and beef broth.
