– 1 tbsp tomato ketchup
– 1 tsp red chili sauce
– 1 tsp vinegar
– 1/2 tsp sugar
– 1 cup vegetable broth
– 1 tsp cornstarch mixed with 2 tbsp water
– Salt and pepper to taste
– Chopped spring onions for garnish

Recipe:
1. In a large mixing bowl, combine the grated vegetables, all-purpose flour, cornstarch, ginger-garlic paste, soy sauce, salt, and pepper. Mix well to form a dough-like mixture.
2. Roll the mixture into small, even-sized balls and set aside.
3. Heat oil in a pan and fry the vegetable balls until golden brown and crispy. Drain on a paper towel and set aside.
4. In a separate pan, heat oil and add the chopped garlic. Saute for a minute before adding the onions and bell peppers. Cook until they turn soft.
5. Add the soy sauce, tomato ketchup, red chili sauce, vinegar, sugar, and vegetable broth. Bring to a simmer.
