– 1 tbsp of tomato ketchup

– 1/4 cup of green bell peppers, chopped
– 1/4 cup of red bell peppers, chopped
– 1/4 cup of onions, diced
– 2 green chillies, slit
– 1 tbsp of garlic, minced
– 1 tbsp of ginger, minced
– 1/2 tsp of crushed black pepper
– 1/4 cup of spring onions, chopped
– Salt to taste
– 2 tbsp of oil for frying
– 1/4 cup of cornflour
– 2 tbsp of all-purpose flour
– 1 egg

Recipe:
1. Marinate the chicken pieces in soy sauce, chilli sauce, tomato ketchup, vinegar, and sugar for 30 minutes.
2. In a bowl, mix the cornflour, all-purpose flour, and egg to form a batter.
3. Heat the oil in a pan for frying.
4. Dip the marinated chicken pieces into the batter and fry them until golden brown and crispy. Set aside.
5. In another pan, heat 1 tbsp of oil and sauté the garlic, ginger, and green chillies.
6. Add the onions, green and red bell peppers, and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes.
7. Add the fried chicken pieces to the pan and toss well.
8. Sprinkle crushed black pepper and salt to taste.
9. Garnish with chopped spring onions and serve hot.
