Ingredients:
For Rosogolla:
1 liter full-fat milk
2 tablespoons lemon juice
1 cup sugar
4 cups water

For Nolen Gur Syrup:
1 cup Nolen Gur (date palm jaggery)
2 cups water
1 teaspoon cardamom powder
1 teaspoon rose water (optional)

Recipe:
Start by preparing the Rosogolla:
1. In a large pot, bring the milk to a boil. Once the milk begins to rise, reduce the heat and add the lemon juice. Stir gently until the milk curdles.
2. Line a colander with a cheese cloth and strain the curdled milk. Rinse with cold water to remove the lemon juice.
3. Hang the cheese cloth for 30 minutes to drain excess water. Then, knead the chenna (paneer) until it becomes smooth and free of lumps.
4. Divide the chenna into small round balls and set aside.

Next, make the Nolen Gur syrup:
1. In a separate pot, combine the Nolen Gur and water. Cook over medium heat until the jaggery is completely dissolved and the mixture forms a syrup.
2. Add the cardamom powder and rose water (if using) to the syrup.
