– 500g chicken, cut into pieces
– 1 cup tamarind extract
– 2 onions, finely chopped

– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1/2 tsp cumin seeds
– 1/2 tsp mustard seeds
– A handful of curry leaves
– Salt to taste
– 2 tbsp oil
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a large pot and add in the mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
2. Add in the chopped onions and green chilies. Sauté until the onions turn translucent.
