– Dabeli is a popular street food from the state of Gujarat, known for its spicy, sweet and tangy flavors.
– Today, I’m going to share with you a simple and quick Dabeli recipe that you can easily make at home and enjoy with your friends and family.

Ingredients:
– 4 large potatoes, boiled and mashed
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 1/4 cup roasted peanuts
– 1/4 cup pomegranate seeds
– 4-6 Dabeli buns
– 2 tablespoons Dabeli masala
– 2 tablespoons tamarind chutney
– 2 tablespoons green chutney
– 2 tablespoons butter
– Salt to taste
– Coriander leaves for garnishing

Recipe:
1. Heat 2 tablespoons of butter in a pan and add the chopped onion. Saute until it turns translucent.
2. Add the mashed potatoes, Dabeli masala, and salt to the pan. Mix well and cook for 2-3 minutes.
3. Slice the Dabeli buns into halves and lightly toast them on a pan.
4. Spread a layer of tamarind chutney on one half of the bun and green chutney on the other half.
5. Place a generous portion of the potato mixture on one half of the bun.
6. Sprinkle roasted peanuts and pomegranate seeds on top of the potato mixture.
7. Cover the bun with the other half and press it gently.
8. Heat a little butter on a flat pan and place the assembled bun on it. Cook for 1-2 minutes on each side until it turns crispy and golden brown.
9. Serve hot with additional chutneys and garnish with fresh coriander leaves.
