– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 1 tsp red chili powder
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1 tsp fennel seeds
– 1 tsp fenugreek seeds
– 1 tsp nigella seeds
– Salt to taste
– 2 tomatoes, chopped
– 2 tbsp yogurt
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Recipe:
– Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds and cumin seeds. Let them splutter.
– Add chopped onion and green chilies. Cook until the onion turns golden brown.
– Add ginger paste, garlic paste, turmeric powder, red chili powder, coriander powder, fennel seeds, fenugreek seeds, nigella seeds, and salt. Cook for a few minutes.
– Add chopped tomatoes and cook until they turn soft and mushy.
– Add yogurt and mix well. Cook for a few minutes.
– Add the okra and mix gently. Cover and cook on low heat until the okra is tender.
