– Salt to taste
– Oil for frying

Cabbage Pakoda Recipe:
1. In a mixing bowl, combine shredded cabbage, chickpea flour, rice flour, red chili powder, turmeric powder, cumin seeds, and salt.
2. Gradually add water and mix to form a thick batter.
3. Heat oil in a deep pan for frying.
4. Drop spoonfuls of the cabbage batter into the hot oil and fry until golden brown and crispy.
5. Remove the pakodas from the oil and drain on a paper towel.

Cabbage Fry Ingredients:
– 2 cups thinly sliced cabbage
– 1 onion, thinly sliced
– 1 teaspoon mustard seeds
– 1 teaspoon cumin seeds
– 2-3 dry red chilies
– 1/2 teaspoon turmeric powder
– 1/2 teaspoon garam masala
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Cabbage Fry Recipe:
1. Heat oil in a pan and add mustard seeds, cumin seeds, and dry red chilies.
2. Once the seeds start to splutter, add the sliced onion and sauté until golden brown.
3. Add the thinly sliced cabbage, turmeric powder, garam masala, and salt. Mix well.
4. Cover and cook for 8-10 minutes, stirring occasionally, until the cabbage is tender.
5. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot with roti or rice.
