Chicken Korma:
– 1kg chicken, cut into pieces
– 2 onions, finely chopped
– 4 tomatoes, pureed
– 1 cup yogurt
– 2 tbsp ginger-garlic paste
– 1 tsp turmeric powder
– 2 tsp garam masala
– 1 tsp coriander powder
– 1 tsp cumin powder
– 1 cup cashew nut paste
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Pulav:
– 2 cups Basmati rice
– 1 onion, sliced
– 2 tomatoes, chopped
– 1 cup mixed vegetables (carrots, peas, beans)
– 2 tbsp ghee
– 4 cups water
– 1 tsp cumin seeds
– 4 cloves
– 2 bay leaves
– Salt to taste
– Fresh coriander leaves for garnish

Recipes:
Chicken Korma:
1. Heat oil in a pan and sauté the chopped onions until golden brown.
2. Add ginger-garlic paste and sauté for a few minutes.
3. Add the pureed tomatoes and cook until the oil separates.
4. Add the chicken pieces and cook until they are browned.
5. Stir in the yogurt, turmeric powder, garam masala, coriander powder, cumin powder, and salt.
6. Cook for 10 minutes and then add the cashew nut paste.
7. Simmer until the chicken is cooked and the gravy thickens.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.

Pulav:
1. Rinse the Basmati rice and soak for 30 minutes.
2. Heat ghee in a pan and add the sliced onions, cumin seeds, cloves, and bay leaves.
3. Sauté until the onions are golden brown.
4. Add the chopped tomatoes and mixed vegetables and cook for a few minutes.
5. Drain the soaked rice and add it to the pan.
6. Pour in the water and add salt to taste.
7. Cover and cook until the rice is done.
8. Garnish with fresh coriander leaves and serve hot.
