– 1 tsp red chili powder

– 1/2 tsp turmeric powder
– Salt to taste
– Oil for frying
– 4 burger buns
– Lettuce leaves
– Sliced tomatoes
– Sliced onions
– Tomato ketchup
– Green chutney
– Tamarind chutney
– Chaat masala for sprinkling

Instructions:

1. In a large bowl, mix together the mashed potatoes, onion, green chili, ginger-garlic paste, bread crumbs, red chili powder, garam masala, turmeric powder, and salt.
2. Divide the mixture into equal portions and shape them into round patties.
3. Heat oil in a pan and shallow fry the patties until they are golden and crispy on both sides.
4. Cut the burger buns in half and lightly toast them on a pan.
5. Spread a layer of green chutney on the bottom half of each bun.
6. Place a lettuce leaf and a slice of tomato on top of the chutney.
7. Put aloo tikki on it.
8. Drizzle some tamarind chutney on top of the aloo tikki.
9. Place a few slices of onion on top of the chutney and sprinkle some chaat masala.
10. Place the top half of the burger bun on top and serve hot.
