– A few drops of rose water
For Rabri:
– 1 liter full-fat milk
– 1/2 cup sugar
– 1/2 tsp cardamom powder

Recipe:
1. To Make Ghevar:
– In a large mixing bowl, combine all-purpose flour, ghee, and cold water to make a smooth batter.
– Add saffron strands and mix well.
– Heat ghee in a deep frying pan and pour a ladle full of batter into it to make a round shape.
– Fry until it turns golden brown and crispy. Remove from the oil and place it on the kitchen towel to remove excess oil.
2. To Make Sugar Syrup:
– In a saucepan, combine sugar and water and bring to a boil.
– Stir until the sugar has dissolved completely.
