– 1 pound of boneless chicken, diced
– 2 eggs
– 1 onion, finely chopped
– 1 bell pepper, diced
– 3-4 garlic cloves, minced
– 2 green chilies, finely chopped

– 2 tablespoons of soy sauce
– 1 tablespoon of chili sauce
– 1 teaspoon of vinegar
– 1 teaspoon of black pepper
– 1/2 teaspoon of turmeric powder

– 3-4 tablespoons of oil
– Salt to taste
– Fresh cilantro for garnish

Recipe:
1. Cook the basmati rice in a pot or rice cooker and set aside to cool.
2. In a pan, heat 2 tablespoons of oil and add the diced chicken. Cook until the chicken is golden brown and fully cooked. Remove from the pan and set aside.

5. Push the vegetables to one side of the pan and crack the eggs into the empty space. Scramble the eggs and mix them with the vegetables.
6. Add the cooked chicken back into the pan and stir in the soy sauce, chili sauce, vinegar, black pepper, turmeric powder, and garam masala.
7. Finally, add the cooked basmati rice and mix everything together until the rice is well coated with the chicken and vegetable mixture.
8. Garnish with fresh cilantro and serve hot.
