Ingredients:
– 2 cups whole milk
– 1/4 cup almond gum

– 1/2 tsp cardamom powder
– Saffron strands (for garnish)

Recipe:
1. In a saucepan, bring the whole milk to a boil and then let it simmer until it reduces to half of its original quantity.
