Ingredients:
– 1 cup Rava (Semolina)
– 1 cup Cocoa Powder
– 1 cup Condensed Milk
– 1 cup Milk
– ½ cup Powdered Sugar
– ½ cup Oil
– 1 tsp Baking Powder
– ½ tsp Baking Soda
– 1 tsp Vanilla Essence
– A pinch of Salt
– Chopped Nuts for garnishing (optional)

Recipe:
1. In a mixing bowl, add Rava, Cocoa Powder, Condensed Milk, and Milk. Mix well to form a smooth batter.
2. Add Powdered Sugar, Oil, Baking Powder, Baking Soda, Vanilla Essence, and a pinch of Salt to the batter. Mix until everything is well combined.
3. Grease a cake tin with some oil and dust it with Rava. Pour the batter into the tin and tap it to remove any air bubbles.
4. Garnish the cake with chopped nuts if desired.
5. Heat a kadai or a deep pan on low flame. Place a stand inside the kadai and preheat it for 10 minutes.
6. Place the cake tin inside the kadai, cover it with a lid, and cook for 35-40 minutes on low flame.
7. After 40 minutes, check the cake by inserting a toothpick. If it comes out clean, the cake is ready.
8. Let the cake cool down and then gently remove it from the tin.
